Bring on Spring!
Hello March! We made it out of February and I didn't go insane. But it looks like March will come in like a lion. Last night it took me almost twice as long to get home as it would normally. Needless to say, last night's run didn't happen, so I hopped on the Computrainer for an hour when I got home.
Here is a little video that I shot out my back door last night for fun:
I really should have done it looking out onto the front of the house as the back of the house is sheltered from the wind. Now, imagine today, it is +1 and was raining. What a mess.
OK, so since it is the beginning of March, here are my training stats for February:
Swim 13.12 kilometers
Bike 401.5 kilometers
48% Zone 1
30% Zone 2
4% Zone 4
Run 125.5 kilometers
40% Zone 1
26% Zone 2
22% Zone 3
4% Zone 4
37 Hours, 17 Minutes training time in total
Oh yeah, and one race, the Peterborough Half Marathon.
Hopefully I will get to the Toronto Bike Show this weekend to look for a new commuting bike and a new saddle for my road bike.
